Everyone should absolutely LOVE their swimwear, whether purchased from a big retailer or from a small business like ours. All of our suits are individually made by hand, and while we make every effort to ensure the perfect fit, sometimes it just doesn't work out. (We get it.) We'll gladly refund your purchase or exchange your item, but here are our rules:
Most of our swimwear is made-to-order. Since cutting fabric and sewing can take a bit of time, our orders typically ship within 3-4 days of being placed (or sooner whenever possible). Any pre-made items already in stock will ship same day so long as orders are received before 3pm NYC time. Any order for in-stock items received after this time will ship the following business day. Custom orders may require additional processing time, and will be discussed as part of the work request before the order is placed. Orders with multiple items will ship once all items are ready. All of our items are packaged and shipped using eco-friendly compostable packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are allowed so long as we're notified via email within 7 days of you receiving your order. Any returned item must be shipped within 14 days of the original delivery date, and must include tracking. Unless items were damaged, defective, or incorrect when you received them, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Items returned to us without notice will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Returned items must be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed, and must have all original tags and hygienic liners still in place. All thong style bottoms are final sale. For health/hygiene reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns or exchanges for this style. All other bottoms and one pieces must be returned with the hygienic liner still in place.
Exchanges are limited to items we have in stock at the time your unwanted item is received. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item in style, size, and color. If a replacement item or fabrics/materials to remake your item are no longer available, we will offer you the option to exchange for a similar item in our shop, or issue a full refund on that item.
Custom orders are made based on the specific requests or requirements of the client, and therefore not eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, we are willing to work with you if there is a problem.
Refunds will exclude any shipping costs, and will be issued for eligible returns once the item has been received. Keep in mind that additional time may be required by financial institutions processing the refund transaction.
We recommend trying on your purchase as soon as it arrives. We're a small independent business, and our inventory is limited, so the sooner we're alerted, the sooner we can help find a solution for you.
